My Commercial Use TOU in short Use my designs to create a derivative work or something new.

You only need our Clipart Resellers License  available  HERE  if you want to sell our graphics AS IS. With our Clipart Resellers License you may sell our graphics AS IS to your customers for their personal or commercial use not for them to resell, and you keep 100% of the profits.

You can purchase our reseller graphics for CU/PU or for Resale. They are priced differently and you must choose which you want before adding to your cart.

You may use our clipart collections in your digital scrapbooking kits and creations, paper packs and elements, web design, web services, crafting, candy wrappers, embroidery patterns, cards and more. You may use our clipart to create printables or crafting projects. You May use our clipart in designing websites as long as you give us credit in the footer of the site for the graphics or clipart. This includes any web sets you may resell using our clipart. Please don't share our graphics as freebies. I sell not only my own but I am  licensed reseller of graphics that I have purchased from other artists and their tou's prohibit giving them away as freebies also. You may share an occasional  - new creation - (something created by you with our graphics) with your customers as long as proper credit is given.  Suggested minimum selling price is $1.00.

If you don't have our clipart resellers license
Use the artwork to create something new for personal or commercial use.
These graphics must be incorporated into something new that you've created yourself. In other words, they can't be re-sold as the original graphics you receive  (including blank, uncustomized siggys and avatars, psp tubes, and formats that are transparent) unless you possess my clipart resellers license. This artwork may not be used in any type of mass production, and when using in digital scrapbook kits, they must be merged/flattened onto something else (such as a frame, tag, or background paper). Kits created for the purpose of resale should not contain more than 50% of the collection purchased (e.g. if a collection you purchase from me has 10 images, please only use 5 of those images per kit). If you would like to use them all "as is" to include in your kits (and use the whole collection if you like), you can purchase my clipart resellers license. 
Everything for sale in my store is ok for Commercial Use  without an additional license. You may use my products to create and sell your own derivative designs in digitally downloadable cardmaking, printables, backgrounds, vellums, toppers, pyramage, and decoupage, including placing the original image which has been used in your derivative craft sheet as a discrete, separate element on the craftsheet IF everything is merged into jpg craftsheet of no more than 150 dpi.  No extended license is required for this usage. You MUST give credit to our site for the clipart used to make your creations. 
Credit for the artwork should be stated as "________created using artwork by (Artist's Name) purchased from Digital Design Boutique and a link, should be provided to http://digitaldesignboutique.com .

Cardmaking Businesses, Papercrafting, Printables 
Everything for sale in my store is ok for use by CUP designers without an additional license. You may use my products to create and sell your own derivative designs in digitally downloadable cardmaking, printables, backgrounds, vellums, toppers, pyramage, and decoupage, including placing the original image which has been used in your derivative craft sheet as a discrete, separate element on the craftsheet IF everything is merged into jpg craftsheet of no more than 150 dpi.  No extended license is required for this usage.

TOU for COMMERCIAL USE DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING PURCHASES
You can use my actions and elements and designer resources to help you create and sell flattened printable products without an additional license.
You may sell the digital scrapbook products you create from my digital scrapbook items and actions as part of a digital scrapbook product or kit that you create and sell for your customers personal use . Credit is not required but is appreciated. Your scrapbook products made from Marbled Circle actions and other products must be for your customers' PERSONAL use unless you have purchased my CU4CU license. Do not sell my commercial use items just by putting your name on them. Use them to help you make a derivative product, something uniquely yours. You can use my CU items such as bows, frames, & other CU elements "as is" without changes as "part" of your PU scrap kits, but can not sell them as a stand alone PU kit or product. That would be just putting your name on them and selling them. You may not resell, share, trade, distribute or barter the actions themselves.

 If you want use my commercial use products to create and sell your own COMMERCIAL USE  Designer Resources I have a separate CU4CU License you can purchase.You can't use any of these to create other commercial use digital scrapbook designer resources unless you purchase my CU4CU license. Printables
DDB printables can be used for personal or commercial use, as hand crafted, finished products (products that you print, cut out, glue, assemble, and sell as a completed, tangible item). All printable images are high quality 300 dpi, and come in non-transparent JPG format unless otherwise noted.  These are very large images that work great for printed projects. Can also be purchased to sell as is if you posess my Resellers license   (which can be found here).
